*Please download, complete, and return Volunteer forms to the school office staff.  We've been advised by the schools that:

• The forms are site specific. Each school will require its own form.

• If a parent would like to volunteer ONLY for the classroom - please contact the teacher first.  

• Please do not put 'PTC' on the form.  Since all on site events will be co-sponsored through BGP -  forms should be completed with 'School Events' in the volunteer service line.  This is where 'classroom helper' would go once you have contacted the teacher. 

• Any future special classroom events - field trips - or class specific events - require an additional form with the specific event listed.
